Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Aeranko provides an AI search optimization (AEO) platform that helps businesses improve their visibility in AI-powered search results across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. Our services include AI visibility tracking, content creation, backlink building, community seeding, and reporting.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Aeranko. One person or legal entity per account — sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Subscription & Billing

Aeranko offers monthly subscription plans (Free at $0, Pro at $149/mo, and Business at $399/mo). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Free AI Visibility Audit

The free AI Visibility Audit tool is provided as-is without guarantees of accuracy. Audit results are estimates based on AI analysis and may not reflect actual visibility across all platforms at all times. The audit tool is free to use and does not require a subscription.

6. Content Ownership

All content created by Aeranko on your behalf (articles, reports, optimized pages) becomes your property upon publication. You grant Aeranko a license to use anonymized performance data from your campaigns for benchmarking and product improvement purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Aeranko to promote illegal activities, spam, or misleading content. You may not attempt to manipulate AI search results through deceptive practices. You may not reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms or scrape our platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aeranko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, visibility scores, or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
